Before Greenford meetings some of us congregate for lunch at Big Boy's Café, 329 Greenford Road, UB6 8RE. Whoever wishes to join us there is cordially invited to do so.
If you bring a model to a meeting, please help the Newsletter Editor to report on it accurately by returning the model details form, however brief! Please include any photographs and drawings. Any other articles for publication of Meccano or general interest would also be most welcome.
In order for us to cater appropriately, please let us know if you will be attending.
Henley Gathering
Saturday 31 August 2024, 9:00am – 5:00pm
The annual Henley Gathering, hosted by the Henley Society of Meccano Engineers, is a popular national event open to all clubs and enthusiasts and is an official meeting of the West London Meccano Society.
The Christ Church Centre has free private parking (on a first come, first served basis; other, pay-and-display car parks and street parking are available nearby) with easy access to the spacious exhibition areas. Ample table space is available. Hot and cold refreshments.
A £5 admission fee will be charged to help defray exhibition costs.
Served by dealers Dave Taylor, Mike Rhoades and Cliff Maddock.

Annual Club Exhibition, St Albans
Saturday 28 September 2024 – Sunday 29 September 2024, 10:00am – 5:00pm
As in previous years our longstanding friends, the St Albans & District Model Engineering Society are holding their Annual Exhibition in St Albans and we have been invited to join them.
The venue is the same as last year, details below.
Setting up from 4:30pm on Friday 27th September & 9:00am Sat/Sun.
Open to the public 10:00am to 5:00pm on the Saturday & Sunday.
